Sponsorship Opportunities - SUNSHINE 2012: Navigating New PR Channels

Each year, one Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Sunshine District chapter hosts a conference for its region and its six sister chapters in Florida. In 2012, the PRSA Tampa Bay Chapter will host the conference in St. Petersburg.

An estimated 125-150 public relations and communications professionals are expected to attend the conference. All levels of the profession will be represented, but attendees will likely skew to senior managers and directors, professionals Accredited in Public Relations (APR) and independent practitioners.

The majority of attendees will belong to Florida’s state wide PRSA Sunshine District, while the potential for out-of-market and cross-over attendance is very strong due to the event’s affiliation with The Poynter Institute, national interest in PRSA, and a growing awareness of the critical role public relations plays in an evolving corporate communications strategy.
